Where do your products ship from?
All orders are handcrafted and shipped from our workshop in India.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all of our products.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Customers in Canada and the United States do not have to pay import duties, as we cover these costs.
For customers in other countries, customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
How long does production take?
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days, although larger custom orders may require additional production time.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
Are bulbs included?
Bulbs are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?
Yes! We specialize in custom brass lighting for residential and commercial projects. If you have specific dimensions, finishes, or design requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
Are your lighting fixtures UL listed?
We use UL-listed electrical components for North American orders. While the complete fixture is not UL certified, the electrical components are selected to meet North American standards.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and replacements within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
