Where do your products ship from?

All Frost Lights fixtures are handcrafted and carefully finished in our artisan workshop in India. Each piece is made to order with attention to detail before being packaged and shipped directly to customers worldwide.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all handmade brass lighting products. No matter where you are located, we work to ensure your handcrafted fixture reaches you safely and securely.

Will i have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For customers in the United States and Canada, import duties and customs charges are covered by Frost Lights.

For all other international destinations, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer according to local regulations.

How long does production take?

Every Frost Lights fixture is handcrafted to order by skilled artisans. Standard orders are typically completed within 7–10 business days.

Custom lighting projects, special finishes, or larger orders may require additional production time. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 5–8 business days, depending on your location and local shipping conditions.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Are bulbs included with the lighting fixtures?

Bulbs are not included unless specifically mentioned in the product description.

Our fixtures are designed to work with commonly available bulb types, including LED, Edison, and dimmable bulbs depending on the model and socket type.

Do you offer custom sizes, finishes, or designs?

Yes. We specialize in custom handmade brass lighting for residential, commercial, hospitality, and interior design projects.

Whether you need a different size, brass finish, arm length, wiring option, or a completely custom design, our artisans can create a fixture tailored to your vision.

Are frost lights fixtures ul listed?

We use UL-listed electrical components for orders shipped to North America to help ensure safety and compatibility with regional electrical standards.

Please note that individual handmade fixtures are not UL certified as a complete unit unless specifically stated.

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns and replacements within 30 days of delivery.
